Training

BakerBaird Communications has extensive media training experience across the private sector, the NHS, the Foreign Development & Commonwealth Office, central and local Government and with charities.

Our difference is:

Not only have we worked as journalists, we live and breathe your world – we have worked inhouse in demanding NHS and Government roles and as an agency, continue to deliver live projects. We deal with the media on a daily basis on behalf of our clients.

Not all journalists make great trainers, nor understand the pressure and restraints our delegates face – we have been training for well over two decades with consistently excellent feedback.

We create a bespoke package for every training session, creating realistic scenarios for your delegates; we run group and 1 to 1 sessions, giving feedback and guidance designed to build confidence and proficiency.

We offer ‘take away’ guidance to ensure that delegates are in the best position to put their training into practice.
