Stakeholder audits

We work with our clients to help them really understand what their customers, residents, partners and stakeholders think of them and their service or organisation through stakeholder audits.

Using a mix of quantitative and qualitative research methods, we offer our clients an evidential base of data on which to reflect. This also provides a solid base to measure evolution and progress against, and identify areas of focus for improvement in service delivery, relationships and reputation.
